Five spreadsheets replaced by one system
HR, payroll, inventory, POS and accounting for a multi-branch Malaysian SME. 72 end-to-end tests and 508 assertions, green on both SQLite and MySQL before any release ships. Also delivered as an Android app.
Delivered projects.
Real figures.
No client names.
We don’t publish client names. Every figure below is taken from a delivered project, not an estimate.

Quotes, invoicing, bills, bank reconciliation, and project time and cost tracking for a contractor, plus the two things imported accounting products skip: LHDN MyInvois e-Invoicing, and progress claims as a first-class billing model.
For a medical indemnity insurer: policy-holder portfolio analysis, underwriter materials, a pricing strategy, and a secure portal with signed update packages. Commercially sensitive throughout, which is why nothing here is named.
Projects, people, money and a learning journal in one dashboard, with a read-only Android companion. The least glamorous proof we have, and the most honest. We use it every day.
A pre-sale for a fitness operator: a live dial counting paid places out of 88, a registration form, an automatic waitlist once full, an admin follow-up list and CSV export. Runs independently of the site theme.
A construction group was pricing jobs in spreadsheets nobody could audit. We built a quotation tool their own team runs, alongside the corporate profile for the same rebrand.
A professional services firm in asset recovery whose website did not match its standing. Rebuilt from the content up: design system first, then the build, then launch, with an earlier direction archived for comparison.
Chemicals and additives, R&D, technical support and turnkey projects: four divisions that had to sit in one corporate site without the specialist work getting buried.
A full audit of an existing Malaysian non-profit site, then a theme rebuild and a set of social assets, so nobody has to call an agency to publish a notice.
A senior Malaysian consultant surgeon with a national profile and a website that did not reflect it. Rebuilt around what a referring doctor or a patient is actually trying to find out.
A specialist healthcare group needed to publish constantly without carrying risk. Every article built from a named, linked source and independently fact-checked, then approved through a review app that exports the decision record.
A children’s learning game that runs as a website and as an Android app off the same files and the same server, so a child’s progress follows them between devices.
Coaching structure, app design, an Android build, and the marketing kit to launch it: programme logic through to the assets that sell it.
Connect IQ watch faces for the Garmin Forerunner 265 and 265s. 416×416 and 360×360 round AMOLED, designed from an approved preview and built against real device constraints.
Why there are no client names here
We don't publish them. A good deal of this work involves commercially sensitive material: underwriting, pricing strategy, patient-facing clinical content. We treat the rest the same way by default. If we would not put your name on a page without asking, we should not put theirs. What we will show you is the work itself: real figures from delivered projects, and references you can speak to once we are in conversation.
One short form. We read every one, and we reply within one working day with a price, a question, or an honest no.
