What we collect, and why.
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply to it, and we count visits so we know which pages are doing their job. We do not sell anything about you to anybody.

Who we are
Twins Creative International, company registration no. 775104-D, a design and engineering studio in Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia. We are the data user for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What you send us
If you fill in the enquiry form, call, or email, we receive whatever you choose to put in it: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of the work. We use it to reply to you, to quote, and to run the project if you engage us. Nothing more.
What we measure automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It records things like the pages you viewed, roughly how long you stayed, which site or search sent you, your device type and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google does not store the IP address itself.
We also record a small number of named actions so we can tell whether the site is working as a sales tool rather than just getting traffic: which service route a visitor picks, when an enquiry is started and finished, clicks on the phone, email and WhatsApp links, filters used on the Work page, and whether the pricing section was reached. These are counts of actions, not recordings of you. We cannot see your screen, your keystrokes, or what you typed before submitting.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by a property code. They hold a randomly generated number that lets Google tell a returning browser from a new one, so two visits from you are not counted as two people. They expire after two years. We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies, and we do not run ads on this site.
You can refuse all of it. Blocking cookies in your browser settings, using private browsing, or installing Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on will all stop this site measuring you, and none of them will break anything on the site.
Who else sees it
- Google processes the analytics data on our behalf. Their handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting and email providers, to the extent that storing a website and delivering email requires it.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data, we do not trade it, and we do not pass your enquiry to anyone else looking for work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for as long as we may reasonably need them afterwards: a quote you may come back to, or records we are required to keep for tax and company law. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.
Analytics is different: Google holds the underlying event data for 14 months, after which only aggregate reports remain. Those reports cannot be traced back to an individual.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, limit what we do with it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to enquiry@twinscreative.com and we will deal with it. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
Changes
If we change what we collect we will change this page and move the date at the top. We will not quietly add a tracker and leave this text as it was.
